S-100 is the International Hydrographic Organization’s framework for digital maritime data products. As these products develop, pilots and other bridge teams will need a practical understanding of what the data means, how it is used and where its limits lie.
This forum is being developed to identify the minimum knowledge maritime pilots need to interpret and use S-100 information with confidence. The discussion will bring together operational, hydrographic and technology perspectives.
